"we chose Prince of Wales as we had stayed several times before, so we were under no illusions, It's a Victorian Hotel, It has Good Points & Bad Points, Food is of a Adequate standard, not Gourmet but wholesome ! Breakfast plenty food and choice, Bedrooms are Newly Decorated (compared to last time we stayed), Bed, Mattress past its use by date, old metal springs, but no bounce left in it , it was like laying on a hard slab, needs changing, rest of bedroom very spacious, and clean ,

"False advertising - The images on the website do not match the reality (see attached photos). This isn't a minor difference it is incomparable. What is being advertised here is not actually what you get.
Cleanliness - the accommodation was unclean, in fact it was the most unclean accommodation I have ever been to. (see attached photos). There where bags of rubbish on the outside area, flies, dirty rags and rubbish left in the property.
