"We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. It could do with an update and refurb in certain areas but this doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. It's location is perfect as it's close to South pier, a tram stop, shops and the pleasure beach. We will be making further bookings in the future."

I booked it because it's it's very near to beach but they took me a different rooms where refurbishing 3-4 rooms which was bad smell, no bathrooms, no drinking water, no WiFi...
