We had a wonderful stay at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, making our experience stress-free from start to finish.
The location is outstanding, just a short walk from Shinagawa Station, with easy access to the train, bullet train (Shinkansen), and subway, making it very convenient for exploring Tokyo and beyond.
Breakfast was included and offered an impressive variety of options, from traditional Japanese dishes to American favorites, ensuring there was something for everyone.
One of the highlights of our stay was our room’s stunning view of Mount Fuji, which made the experience even more memorable.
We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back on our next visit to Tokyo."
