"Booked for a Morgan Wallen concert. Check in was supposed to be at 4:00 pm and didn’t get a text that my room was ready until 8:30 pm. Had to change clothes in a dirty bathroom along with a bunch of others that also didn’t have their rooms. For $800 a night it was the most ridiculous hotel stay I have ever had. Hotel was fully booked and apparently they failed to have enough staff to clean rooms "

"The hotel was close to the airport and pretty good price for just spending a few hours there before a flight. Got in the shower at 430 IN THE MORNING and realized there were no towels except a hand towel. Checked everywhere. Called the front desk who told me where they were. They were not! An unfriendly man came to the door and brought a towel. No wash cloth, nothing, and NO APOLOGY. Here."

"We were attending a concert at Lucas Oil. The valet parking was backed up across the intersection and no organization. The lady at check in was not friendly. I had two rooms and was charged almost triple the rate and spent most of the next business day getting that corrected. When I went to get my car the keys were in a locked cabinet but not tagged all just thrown in there. I asked if I could look and found my keys and out sons. I could have picked any car and left! The rooms need 2 queens not full size beds. All in all we have an even in a couple months and we chose a different location. "

"There is no elevator available to guests. Its very awkward to get to your room the way the property is laid out, lots of walking. The breakfast isn't really anything. There was plastic wrap individually covering small muffins on a tray that looked like came from Walmart. The juice was mostly water. We flushed the toilet one time after being in the room and it began to overflow and had to cleanup water all over the floor. . Lots of upgrades are needed to bring this property up to an acceptable level. The staff was nice but the upkeep and breakfast was severely lacking."

"The hotel was decent. Basic breakfast, comfortable beds. The wait for staff at the front desk was long, both during check-in and check-out, due to no staff member being at the desk."
