An okay place to stay.

The room had a good heating/cooling system. There were no utensils of any sort in the kitchen. The TV never worked. The bathroom was clean and the water hot. The price and location are acceptable. The clerks were friendly and polite.

If you have a dog, this place is fine.

The staff there is warm and friendly. If you have a large dog (like we did) this was fine. But after initially entering the room, it was clear someone had unwrapped and used a cup, used the trash, and used a towel. "Grab-and-go" breakfast was not available because "the overnight crew didn't do their job." And the TV screen was non-functional.

Overall, the check-in experience was okay. I was initially given a room that was already occupied, but I let the front desk staff know, and she quickly corrected it. She even offered to check the new room before I went up, which I appreciated. The only issues I had were that the room hadn’t been vacuumed there were visible chunks of hair on the floor and the microwave wasn’t fully cleaned.

The room looked like it was in mid repair pictures were not on the wall things on the floor not all vacuumed outlet covers missing the smoke alarm was laying on the table disconnected there was still a bag of garbage in the can with food under the sink but the bed looked brand new and clean

The room was completely run down and dirty. The bathtub had pink mildew build up in it. The counter around the stove was falling apart. And all furniture was completely beat up and run down. All staff I delt with was incredibly nice but I won't stay due to the condition of the hotel.

I love the location. I loved the size of my room. it was relatively clean. The chairs weren't tho. I didn't have a trash can, I asked for one, and never got it. SO I had to make a bag for trash. Short on towels too. But I asked and I got more towels. I did laundry and I ordered door dash and Lyft with no problems. I wish there was a front area with chairs or sofa. I'd come back again!

Mixed Experience for a One-Night Stay

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and while it had its good points, a few issues stood out. The room was decently clean, which we appreciated, and the shower had plenty of hot water—always a plus after a long day. The desk worker was polite and helpful during check-in, which made a good first impression. The beds weren’t very comfortable but they were clean. Unfortunately, our experience took a turn when we got stuck in the elevator. It was a stressful situation, though it was eventually resolved. Given this issue, we’d hesitate to stay again unless we knew the elevator was in working order. Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but the elevator mishap left us with mixed feelings.

Very dirty, tatty and uncomfortable

Budget hotels are my staple but it has been a long time since I've stayed at one this bad. I only booked it because it included breakfast. At check in I was told there would be breakfast. There wasn't any. The bed was far too soft and lumpy. The TV had no remote*, was held together with glue, and couldn't sustain a signal. The room hadn't been vacuumed. Neither had the hallway. Both were disgracefully filthy - probably the worst I've seen in any hotel. They even had the cheek to leave a note to say the room had been inspected personally by the manager. In the interests of balance the front desk staff were all very nice and friendly / helpful. *I reported the missing remote, only to realise the following morning that it was actually under the bed with yet more unvacuumed detritus.

It was okay for just me, not really poor, but a litlte below average. The windows were open when I got to my room and they would not shut all the way. There was 1/2 inch gap where the window didn't shut and they just wouldn't budge to close all the way. The vent in the bathroom was falling down and it exposed dirt, dust, and who knows what else clogging the vent. There were crumbs on the floor and dirt on both of the chairs at the mini-table. The tub was just a little dirty, but it was okay for a shower. The heating unit worked well. It was a little tough to get the remote for the TV to work, as if the batteries were low in the remote. There were no blankets other than the top blanket on the bed -- very lightweight. I did borrow a blanket from the front desk to use a pillow since there were no pillows in my room and none were available at the front desks or in the hotel.
