Staff was so amazing. Shuttle service from the airport was nice, the guys was super friendly and made sure I didn’t need anything else from my stay. Rooms are super clean (shampoo/bodywash) not the best. Starbucks by the lobby was the best!

This is the first time l’ve stayed in a Delta. I travel all the time and such comfort was invaluable. My room was very clean. The staff was more than accommodating. I will look for these hotels in my future travels.

I arrived late for check‑in and the process was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel is right next to the highway, so there was noticeable traffic noise, and some guests were talking loudly outside at night. Improved soundproofing would make the stay much more relaxing.

I was greeted warmly and professionally. The restaurant was lovely, with excellent food. The furnishings throughout were comfortable and tasteful. It was easy to arrange for the airport shuttle. HOWEVER, my room had zero warm or hot water, which I had not realized until morning shower time(for my early flight). The front desk attendant, who greeted me from her seat/phone, said ‘just put it there on the counter.’ I followed by asking her to make some notes please…. I had no warm or hot water. She followed by saying’ yeah, we hear that from guests.call the hotel after 9:00 and you may be able to get a partial refund. I’ll let them know about the water.’ If I stay nearby again, I will verify water temperatures before settling in.

Didn’t come with complimentary breakfast. Starbucks is in the building though for additional cost. They also have a bar and grill inside but everything was very pricey. $18 for a salad is a lot. Other than that, comfortable beds, nice staff and the room was clean.

I actually canceled an earlier reservation at a better hotel which was comparably priced due to commentary on there that it was a newly opened hotel. My guess is it was just rebranded. I should've kept my original reservation. First, the good part. Check-in was very quick and easy, which I was grateful for since I arrived around midnight after a very long day. Unfortunately I was given a room at the very end of a long corridor, and my key didn't work, so I had to go back downstairs for another one. Room amenities were adequate and included two free bottles of water and a coffemaker with pods. The dispensers in the shower were pretty miserly, particularly the shampoo. But the worst part was that after getting to bed after midnight I was repeatedly woken up by the noise from the highway and the light from outside. There is no blackout curtain and the shade is translucent, so the room never gets very dark. Then at 5AM something bit my shin--twice. After that I couldn't sleep any longer and proceeded to pack up and exit. On the way out I noticed the maid's closet was wide open with all the linens and room amenities in it. I noticed this upon check-in as well, and there were no maids in sight. I mentioned the potential bug bites as well as the broken handle on the way out. The gentleman told me he would contact the GM right away. Clearly they have some things to address at this hotel.
