Hotels with Internet in Rokko Island, Higashinada

Excellent service

Great service, shout out to the people managing the shuttle services and bell desk! Thanks for being proactive and courteous!

Everything is good

Stayed here so that the family can relax after a day at universal studios japan. Great service! Big room.

It is not often that you find large hotel rooms in Japan. Plus the location is amazing, with just a very short walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping street. You won't feel too far away from everything but at same time won't have to deal with the crowds of tourists.

Always our hotel of choice when in Osaka! Nothing beats the location and staff are warm and accommodating

The staff were very helpful

Efficient check-in, attentive staff. My MIL left her camera at the lobby and they were responsive when contacted via the hotels.com app. Location is walking distance to Dohtonbori and Kuromon market. Good places to eat nearby as well. 10/10 would recommend. They also provided kawaii kiddie slippers for my son. So thoughtful. No english tv channels though but it dont matter :)

My second time here and I’m so happy that the excellent service and standards of The Flag Shinsaibashi remains. Love the location, accessibility AND the staff are wonderful! Just wish we could have softer pillows (pillow menu perhaps?). Will go back again!
