Staff is amazing and helpful. We forgot our money in the safe when we left Osaka. Didn’t realize it until we got to Tokyo. We called the hotel and the had it. So grateful thank you .

Super convenient, basically at the front entrance of universal studios. Lots of dining options and 24 hr convenient store at the entrance of hotel.

Great hotel, great location to USJ.

Great hotel close to USJ. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Super close to shops, restaurants and metro station. Would recommend this hotel definitely stay here again if we found ourselves visiting USJ again!

If you’re booking this hotel you know what you’re looking for as it is in the Universal City Walk. It’s a great location but with other hotels also in the area you are not saving yourself any time for the crowds. I rated the breakfast low because we were in a frenzy to get into the partk.m and skipped it.

Staff were amazing, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The room was clean and quiet and breakfast offerings were fantastic. My only issue was the room air conditioning would not work. I did not report it as it wasn’t overly hot in the room; I just wanted more air flow.

We went to Japan and stayed here because it was next to the Universal Studios place in Japan. I'm so glad we stayed here. Everyone was friendly and being next to the park made this trip very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and had nothing bad to report. No news is good news and everyone was very kind.

Unfortunately, we have a couple negative experiences during our stay. First night room was no ventilation, humidifier not functional thermostat was not working room was super warm. We informed the front desk about the situation, they provided us a couple fan to circulate the room. We open the windows all night to get some air in the room, HOWEVER, we end up mosquito bites the following day. Day 2, staff are able to move us to different room Excellent”.
