The Oriental Hotel Universal City was an amazing hotel with all amenities required for a great experience. Its location is of great convenience, with Universal City station a 30 second walk away and with plenty of nearby shops for food and souvenirs. The hotel is also a minute walk away from Universal Studios Japan. All together an amazing hotel that provides a daily breakfast buffet and hot dog vouchers for throughout your stay.

Fantastic location, we are just a few minutes walk away from Universal Studios. There is a literal mall just outside the hotel where you can get food, shop for merchandise, and also 2 convenient stores for your comfort. The rooms are a little older but very comfortable. There is even a shoe dryer. Came in handy after a rainy day at USJ. Would stay again.

Wish we knew about the airport shuttle that wasn’t made apparent to us before we arrived. No worries, that is my fault for not asking. We absolutely loved our stay though and the staff was super accommodating.

Nice breakfast. If booked with room, would be cheaper. The room is small but is very clean. The air conditioner was only three setting and the room was a bit warm. The staff is great and nice. The location is a bit far if wanted to go the city area.

Staff were very welcoming but the hotel is very basic. Pictures look like there is a shared spa but this is only for private rooms so is a bit misleading. Great location to get to the park but it’s ever basic.

The over all stay was fine. Nothing exciting, was there more for the location. The fire alarm broke in our room or was broken when they put us in the room and woke us up early in the morning to fix it. Minor annoyance but they were professional about it. If you looking for a place to just sleep and go out then this is perfect. Also it did look like there was alot of black mold in the vents. But everything else was very clean. If you sensitive to mold dont stay here..
