"Dean from reception was so lovely & welcoming from the moment we arrived. It was a shame the bed was very uncomfortable in the room & the tv options were limited as much of the channels didn't work. "

"Incredible find in a tourist area that is full of activities. I rate the IBIS London Excel Docklands 5 Stars. My room is equipped with an Espresso machine, kettle, coffee, bath robe, full size towel, rain shower, window that overlooks the river, king bed, extra pillow, and big screen TV. The staff is friendly and provide excellent service. Best of all, the hotel is walking distance from the train station, restaurants, attractions and the water. It has a bar, restaurant and security system in house. All for under 100 pounds per night! "

"Couldn't have been better. The staff appreciated my wife's mobility issues, They arranged parking, an accessible room and were very helpful. The room was superb , much larger than the norm and beautifully appointed. A large Queen size comfortable bed."

"The bed and the pillows were not the most comfortable and when sitting on the toilet it had to be done sideways which isn't comfortable. The service was really good, when we requested extra pillows and the fan they happily obliged and allowed us to keep our car parked at the hotel after we had checked out which was really helpful l "

"The staff were helpful and the room was very clean. You could hear the airplanes as the hotel was situated near london city airport however it didnt really bother me. London city airport is about 5 min walk away as well as the DLR. Highly recommend this hotel."

"I recently stayed at the Prince Regent hotel next to the Excel Exhibition Centre and was genuinely impressed. The facilities were brilliant, clean, comfy and really convenient for the exhibition centre. But what truly stood out was the staff. Every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely keen to do whatever they could to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. It made a big difference.
