"We had a lovely weekend stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. The only small thing we noticed was that there weren’t many mirrors, which would have been handy-but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely stay again! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Good Hotel. It was spotlessly clean and everything was well-maintained, and staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The sound-proofing between rooms is the only slight niggle - in that there isn't much! But we moved to a water-view room, and that side of the hotel seemed quieter. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from both the DLR and Elizabeth Line and with a Tesco Express across the road. The pizza bus immediately outside serves incredible stonebaked pizza - very highly recommended. The setting on the water is also lovely; we enjoyed watching the geese, ducks, swans and cormorants. The price was incredible, especially for London, and I'd happily stay again."

"There are many good things about this hotel and I would stay here again. My negatives were although the cooked options were good why does a four star establishment provide mostly tinned fruit at breakfast and yogurt in tubs. You used to be better than this. I also went for a swim at 6.30pm on a Friday to find that two thirds of the pool was taken by classes. I found that there is a list available for club members but not hotel guests. I could also have been informed as I went to get changed but instead sat by the poolside for a wasted 30 minutes and could not use the facility for exercise. Not surprisingly I was less than happy. This review is not to help travellers plan better but for staff to provide a better environment for those guests."

"The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings. I was lucky to receive a room which overlooked the lake. Although there was no balcony, I was able to open the window & hear the noise of the ducks and water rippling. Good selection of food in the bar & variety of seating with couple of tvs to watch the football. Rooms were a bit dated but the beds were comfortable & there was tea & coffee making facilities. The main reason I stated “dated” was the large wash basin looked like it was from the 70s & shower over the bath (one of my major bug bears. How many people want a bath in a hotel when they are travelling or only staying a night or two). Overall, value for money & taking into account the setting, I would certainly stay again."
