"I would like to personally thank the staff and everyone at Villas at Auxilio Mutuo for providing such an excellent experience during our stay. From the beginning to the end of our visit, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, professional, and responsive whenever we needed assistance. One of the things that stood out to me the most was how safe and secure I felt during our stay. The property is connected to or located right alongside Auxilio Mutuo Hospital, and the presence of 24-hour security in the area gave us an additional sense of safety and peace of mind. This was especially important to me and made me feel much more comfortable during our stay. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also appreciated having convenient amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kitchen, and other necessities that helped make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The location was another major advantage. It is in a great area and made it convenient for us to get around and enjoy Puerto Rico. The supermarket was approximately a 15-minute walk away, and many restaurants, attractions, activities, and tours were within a reasonable driving distance. We were able to enjoy several activities and explore different parts of Puerto Rico without feeling like everything was too far away. "Not your common place for most people but it works wonders for the price and for what was needed. Just keep on mind to go ask for the personel at the downstairs store. The lady was helpful and lovely. I enjoyed the stay and it was comfortable. The AC worked fine, TV as well. They provided towels, soap and shampoo. There was a mini fridge too and it worked fine.
