"My stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton was absolutely amazing! I stayed on the top floor with a beautiful view overlooking the pool. The suite was very nice, clean, peaceful, and quiet — exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating from the moment I arrived. I checked in early and they not only gave me access to the pool while I waited, but also allowed me early access to my suite which I truly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with plenty of great options. The location was perfect — conveniently close to both the airport and the beach. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Ok, I want to clarify my rating. Loved staying on the Cay itself and proximity to the private beach, water taxi to town and great people everywhere. The property grounds and some buildings run down. No pool, restaurant on grounds. Had a bar and grill and they were excellent but the hours were not great. 12-5 for the grill and 12-8:30 for the bar. Rental items were removed at 5:00 daily which was odd to me that it wasn’t sunset time. Beach was clean, beautiful and 2 swimming areas. They are updating rooms and balcony’s but didn’t see anything that was complete but looked like quality material. Workers were clean and nice while they were working. Had to go around them but not a bad experience. Up on the point there is a bench to sit and look over the cliff into the turquoise waters. The island is surrounded by a reef which takes away the danger of sharks in the water. Rooms either look at a harbor east or west and it’s very beautiful. On top of the hill is a large abandoned 2 story building that was probably hit by a hurricane and looks like it’s been years. There is a covered area to it as well. I hope they repair this and maybe have a restaurant downstairs and a club/bar upstairs. I just wanted to be honest about the property and when they’re complete with renovations I do want to return and see what they’ve done. I try and be as fair and honest on these reviews and I’m not bashing the property. You reach it by a water taxi and it’s a 2-3 minute ride. Good luck!!"
