I would like to personally thank the staff and everyone at Villas at Auxilio Mutuo for providing such an excellent experience during our stay. From the beginning to the end of our visit, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, professional, and responsive whenever we needed assistance. One of the things that stood out to me the most was how safe and secure I felt during our stay. The property is connected to or located right alongside Auxilio Mutuo Hospital, and the presence of 24-hour security in the area gave us an additional sense of safety and peace of mind. This was especially important to me and made me feel much more comfortable during our stay. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also appreciated having convenient amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kitchen, and other necessities that helped make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The location was another major advantage. It is in a great area and made it convenient for us to get around and enjoy Puerto Rico. The supermarket was approximately a 15-minute walk away, and many restaurants, attractions, activities, and tours were within a reasonable driving distance. We were able to enjoy several activities and explore different parts of Puerto Rico without feeling like everything was too far away. I liked that the place was convenient to freeways. It was quaint and clean. Visible repairs needed to the walls and ceilings. There were no face cloths and they said they don't provide them. The parking was TERRIBLE. You take a ticket to get in the gate and have to go inside the hospital nearby to pay. Parking was $25 per night. There is a structure nearby that is $6.65 per night but it's a walk and if you have luggage or groceries or elderly/disabled person like I did on this trip, it's not feasible. I had to buy my own roll of tissue as I did not see any in the apartment. There was a coffee maker and coffee but no sugar or cream. The air works great. Beds comfortable. Didn't understand why you can't smoke on the outside patio. Inconvenience. I would not choose to stay here again simply due to location and parking. Needs updates outside. Only one tv in the whole apartment. None in the bedroom. Would not stay here again.

So dirty very very dirty nothing works at all no running water for 6 days ! They won’t even bring you a bucket for your own water I got one roll of toilet paper for 6 days and 4 people communication sucks wifi is terrible in in an old insane asylum right in the middle of the hood

We got there 30 minutes prior check in time and we called paid the extra 30 minutes for the lockbox not to work waited for someone to come and opened with a screwdriver and by the time we got in was regular checked in time. I was told they were going to reimburse me but they haven’t. They inside it is cute but it wasn’t too cleaned and the little broom didn’t help. Parking can be more than $10 depends on where you park

The place was overall what we paid for and the host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The only downfall was finding cockroaches everyday in one of the bathrooms and the bed sheets had stains on them.

I was missed informed by the video that is on the site for this place . I have pictures from home much sweeping it needed , bugs , Stained pillowcases , Fingers prints all over the place . The tub has paint and stuff from whoever fixes it the sink is loose and much more. Also could not open the patio, park is a lot not cheap , moved the couch and so much stuff
