This is a clean and attractive hotel located very close to the airport. I appreciate that the place smelled clean, and had no odors of toxic chemicals or air fresheners or synthetic scents.

Great stay and property was clean and our room was spotless, very upset that I was told I would get a wake up call at 3:00 am and didn’t, even though I had my cell with an alarm, a wake up call is always a good back up!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arriving, we were greeted by very professional and friendly front desk personnel, who went the extra mile to ensure all of our needs were met. The rooms and common areas are very clean and well maintained. Oh, thanks for the complimentary full-breakfast, which helped us start our days. We are hooked on this hotel and look forward to staying at the property on our return visits to Sandston, VA.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly! The lobby and breakfast area were very clean and the food was great! The room was very clean as well and would definitely stay there again. The location was very close to shopping, restaurants, and the airport.

New hotel and the rooms were beautiful. Did not like the sliding farmdoors to bathrooms- leaves a huge gap so little privacy, other than that very very comfortable. Check in was smooth and bartender was one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Her drinks were five star. Breakfast was also pretty good, standard but fresh. No stale bread here :)

The hotel is very new. Everything was fresh and I loved the layout of our room and how spacious it was. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The few things I wasn’t crazy about were that the breakfast was mediocre to me, the in room mini fridge was barely cold inside and I couldn’t find the dial to adjust to make it colder so it wasn’t much better than a cooler without ice. Also on the morning of check out somehow another customer somehow opened our door with her room card key cause she thought it was her room,which is concerning cause no one else’s room card key should’ve opened our door. Other than the few things I mentioned, everything was great. Great location.

Our check in time was 3pm and we arrived to the hotel a little after 3pm only to be informed that our room was not ready yet. They were still cleaning rooms from a large group the day before. The room wasn’t really until alter 4:30pm. The room itself was very spacious, in fact it felt as though there was wasted space in the room. The TV was placed far from the bed and had to be adjusted to view it. The shade to the windows didn’t come all the way down. There was a 2 inch gap, which let the outside light into the room at night. Also, there was a bright light over the sleeping area the would blink on and off every few minutes. The breakfast was not bad, but the juice was watered down. The lady that was tending to the breakfast area was Wonderful! She was very attentive and spoke to everyone, and kept the area clean. She was the best part of our stay at the hotel. The concierge we first encountered was also very nice and informed us of what was happening.
