The hotel and rooms were clean and breakfast was good. But the AC in our room leaked water onto the floor a lot. Two years ago when I stayed here with my pet the property was 5-star excellent with beautiful lobby and rooms. Now the facility, walls, doors show a lot of wear and tear and look a bit worn out. In the lobby on the front wall cardboard boxes are stacked to the ceiling blocking windows. Makes the atmosphere very unappealing. It's a shame it has gotten a bit rundown. But if you have a pet it is still a good clean affordable option. If you are not traveling with a pet it would probably be my second choice

Booked here for one night for a baseball event the next morning. The room was supposed to be non- smoking, but stunk of cigarettes. The room door did not seal all the way and the bathroom looked like a 10 year old remodeled it. However, the room was clean and the staff was pleasant. We were too tired to request another room after being on the road, so we just dealt with it. However, we will book elsewhere next time.

The beds are hard as a rock & every time you roll over or get out of bed it makes a loud metal moving sound. The water pressure was very low to the point it hard to get the soap off. The bathroom light make a perfect night light, however makes it difficult to get ready in the morning. The staff was amazing & welcoming, it's very pretty & plenty of room to walk your dog.
