We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to visit some friends and family in Virginia, this hotel was most convenient because we were going to two locations in Virginia and it allowed our dog to stay. The staff was very friendly during check-in and the room itself was wonderful for our stay, if you are staying longer, it does have a kitchenette along with some basic appliances to cook.

Room wasn’t ready at check-in. Left for 2+ hours and still had to wait for the room to get clean. Once I got the room it was dirty and didn’t have the accessibility and bed I paid extra for. I have mobility issues and the elevator was off and on. The staff and location was great. I request a refund or credit and still nothing.

The room was not clean at all. The bathroom was terrible and had to request the cleaning. Looks like they just agave it without cleaning. The main door opens without key. I would be requesting a refund on this. The staff was very courteous and very helpful.
