Loved it will be back!!

A quaint little BnB with great generous breakfasts and great location. The recommendations for food places were on point. This is a foodies haven of like minded people in a quality but affordable place.

Beautiful property, walking distance to the museums. Wonderful hosts , absolutely lovely time during the vine hour ( vine and charcuterie board were complimentary) , breakfast was also included, but we were checking out really early (before 6 am) so weren’t able to enjoy it , but we been giving a package with baked goods and fruits for the road which was such a nice touch and greatly appreciated !

All the comforts of home

This is a very warm & friendly place - the hosts do a wonderful job of providing all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting. Tne bedroom, dining area and library were very clean & tidy. The breakfast was delicious. And it's in a great location.

The place was absolutely amazing! Beautiful and Welcoming! Jeffrey greeted us, place was adorned with fresh flowers. Provided us with a tour, assisted with luggage and showed us to our room. Gave us restaurant ideas and was willing to assist with reservations if needed. The place was clean and beautiful! The owners greeted us in the morning with fresh coffees, juice, pastries of all kinds and quiches! We could not say enough good things about our one night stay! Just fantastic and Thank you!

Nicely remodeled but small rooms and very, very noisy, located on the corner of 2 busy roads, lots of extremely loud cars, music and shouting from the road until at least 3 am making it very difficult to get any sleep.

Mitchell and Ronni are amazing hosts. They are super personable, their recommendations for the area are on point, and the food they prepped and provided was delicious. Our room, the Maymont, was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was wonderful, and we enjoyed sitting out on the porch after a day of walking. And speaking of walking, Carytown is a mere stone’s throw away, as is the VMFA, so you can easily get your steps in while you enjoy some of what RVA has to offer. Just a great location on top of the great service and facilities. This is also a multi-lingual establishment, with the hosts speaking Spanish and German fluently.

What a lovely gem of a boutique inn! Conveniently located to shops, restaurants, the VMFA and one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Richmond. This place exudes southern hospitality and charm. Amazing wine and cheese, amazing breakfast, and just amazing all around. We will be back!

Staycation for us .. had seen the inn driving down Main Street. What a beautiful, impeccably decorated B&B. I would HIGHLY recommend the inn to anyone visiting Richmond. Great location and friendly service from Mitch and Ronnie as well!

Never use Expedia to book. I was supposed to stay at the Boulevard Inn for my birthday but could not make it because of a snow storm. The very nice Inn manager told me I could rebook but needed to go through Expedia. Expedia told me that they could not get through to the Inn to get the cancellation approved. Then they told me I had called to cancel too late. Happy Birthday to me--$350 poorer! I will never use Expedia.

Absolutely fantastic space!! Happy hour and shared space was delightful! Gorgeous interior. Spotless and cozy. The owner greeted us and gave us a tour. He also allowed a very early check-in. Our master bedroom was a dream. Beautiful furniture and a stunning bathroom! We will definitely book the space every time we visit Richmond.

It has all the charm of an old Bed & Breakfast but the luxury of everything being new in the last few years. The library was great for sitting and talking with our friends and the great wine & cheese happy hour was delightful! Fresh pastries and hot casserole with amazing coffee for breakfast makes this a great choice!

A beautiful building with free parking. Room, bed, welcome and hospitality exceptional and breakfast delicious. But…. there is no escaping the extremely noisy traffic outside that no amount of noise machine or earplugs could mask. With motorbikes and cars revving uncaringly outside until 3:30am it was impossible to sleep and relax. I know this is not the fault at all of the owners but it has to be taken into consideration before booking. Loved the hosts who couldn’t do more for us - from breakfast to directions, dinner reservation guidance, cheese and wine in the evening and really helpful all round.

I wish we had 6 stars for this Inn. Meticulously restored 1900 mansion. Glorious public spaces. Lovely guest rooms with top of the line finishes. Delicious cooked breakfast, nightly happy hour. Safe off street parking. The staff treated us like family. We didn’t want to leave! Magnificent!!

Beautiful old home and suite. Very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was first-rate. The hosts are welcoming and have an eye for detail that makes this a special and highly recommended experience. Walkable to numerous dining options and several museums. Only downside was traffic noise in the evening that mostly abated after about midnight so if you are noise-sensitive consider booking a room at the middle or back, but don’t let this stop you from experiencing this fantastic inn.

My stay was too short.

My stay was brief, unfortunately, and I had to stay alone due to a business trip, but I will absolutely be returning with my wife so we can enjoy the stay together. Everything exceeded my expectations and the service was top notch and breakfast was amazing. Thank you for a great stay and I can’t wait to return.
