"I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing. I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work."

"Loved the property! Beautifully restored. The front desk staff was not very friendly … It was like pulling teeth to get information from them. The lady in the restaurant was serving everybody and super fun! The gym was not that great too… However, the property was amazing and I would definitely stay again and recommended to all."

"The house has "good bones" I loved the built in cabinets and overall style of the house. It has large rooms and still cozy. There is no handicapped accessibility. It is a Beautiful Old House, with servants quarters and hallways. The pleasant owner lives in those quarters and uses the rest of the house for the guests. Some places inside look run down, as if it's been hard to keep up on maintenance, but overall I enjoyed it. The owner was having issues with Expedia paying him and even notifying him that we had booked it. But he let us stay and we were very grateful for that!"
