"They had hot chocolate with an assortment of toppings which I thought was cute. Valet was amazing and easy even though appearing not that much room to park. The tv in my room did not work, but I did not tell them or ask them to fix. Room was comfortable. "

"The location is excellent - easy walking in downtown Providence. The staff are great and the rooms are clean and maintained. My only quibble is the "city view" room on the second floor provided not much of a view. Also, there is a small table in the room, but no chair (an uncomfortable bench too awkward to work with) so working in the room was not possible. "

"Our room was great. Staff were helpful but only remote. Bathroom was poor. Several toilets clogged and some showers not working. Kitchen was not clean. Location was great although off site parking is an issue. Good cheap restaurants in area. Nighttime noisy with cars burning out. For a cheap night stay and dealing with hostel conditions this place is good for a short stay with money to enjoy Providence."

"Loved our stay. We are multi repeat customers. The only complaints are the following; the AC unit was way too loud, sounded like there were some loose parts or something. Also, the coffee machine is tucked away in a very dark cabinet. It’s all black on black and no overhead area lights. Not user friendly at all. "
