Fabulous clean room, great views of the city. Amazing bar in the lobby area / refuel station. Enjoyed the restaurants attached to the hotel. Valet was smooth, staff are kind and helpful. Would stay here time and time again. All around good vibes.
All the basics were covered but in a really nice way. The street noise was a bit too audible for a good rest but the staff here are great and the overall experience was pleasant. Good location.
This was our first time staying at the Aloft in Providence, but hopefully not our last. We want to give a special shout-out to Ariel who greeted us so warmly when we first arrived. He was so friendly and helpful, and we were impressed by his professionalism and sincerity! The room was immaculate (thank you to housekeeping), the bed was awesome, and we loved the view from our room. We attend shows at the PPAC regularly throughout the year, and whenever possible, we like to spend the night. The Aloft’s proximity to the theatre is perfect!! We really hope we can return again soon.
The facilities and rooms were very clean and the staff at the front desk were great! I will definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean and modern looking, staff is friendly, and location is good. But some of the design decisions are strange. A shower curtain for a bathroom door and a bathroom counter that is far too narrow.
This hotel had nice service and we felt very comfortable in the room. They gave us an upgrade and had everything we needed. Anthony checked us in and gave us tips for where to eat!
