Highly recommend and will be back. Roomy ground level apartment with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Full kitchen fully outfitted. Patio with a table and beautiful gardens. We walked downtown and around the east side - only a few blocks from shops on Wickendon.

The whole property was charming, clean, and inviting. Being able to stay here was one of the highlights of the trip. It’s centrally located in Providence and close to a lot of activities and sights. The accommodations themselves were comfortable and convenient. The only thing to be prepared for is a lot of stairs. We were on the third floor with two 50 lb suitcases and there’s no elevator.

The location was perfect for exploring taking around 35 mins to get downtown, but also plenty to explore near the apartment as well as ideally situated near Brown university. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed - don’t use the laundry but found out where it was just in case. Had a fabulous stay.

The property was wonderful. Also our suite was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, sheets and towels were plentiful and smelled lovely. The air conditioning worked very well. All needed coffee and cream supplies were plentiful. The location is ideal, as we didn't have a car but could easily walk to breakfast and lunch places, a beautiful park, and a Whole Foods. We Even had a fancy dinner at the George on Washington Street, took LIFT there, but it was a lovely evening so walked back, only a bit over a mile!

Spacious unit, good A/C, liked coffee machine and supplies and bottled water, comfortable beds. Bunks were meant for children, we didn’t realize from photos. Place has potential to be great, but needs some upkeep (broken window pane taped together, drapes falling off, stained carpet, bathroom needs updating) Could use better signage for checkin. For price, I think I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

What a cute and tranquil accommodation!! Our stay was exactly what we needed when we came out for a family member’s housewarming. Very clean, spacious, and the decor was especially cute. Only minor issue we had was no hot water for the tub (and my niece’s infamous bubble baths), but thankfully, the shower had hot water (odd but we’ll take it! Things happen). We were able to extend the contract extra shower rod to the tub for hot water and my niece got the bubble bath she wanted lol In addition, the communication was on point. We were a little confused when we got there (after 11pm) but staff answered immediately and gave us clear instructions that lead us straight to the unit. Thoroughly satisfied. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it.. especially for families!!!!!! I 100% !!!

Great location. We parked the car in the lot and walked everywhere (note we are big walkers - most places were .5 to a mile away). The house was fully decorated for Christmas which was really nice. Great place to stay to tour, eat and shop around providence.

Beautiful place to stay in a renov ated 1880s Victorian. Room was very spacious, fully equipped with an eating area, and a nice outdoor porch. Very close to Brown University and downtown Providence.
