Room is clean, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Also have coffee/tea, fruit all day. The best part is their shuttle service. They will pick up and drop off hotel guests within 2 miles. Drivers are very nice and friendly.

I love this Hampton Inn. There is a shuttle that will pick you up from the Amtrak train and take you to the hotel free of charge. In addition, they offer a complimentary breakfast. The rooms are so comfortable. I got the best night's sleep. It is located on 2 blocks from Johnson and Wales University, which was our purpose for going to Providence, RI. I loved the staff. They are very pleasant and helpful. Staying there was like staying with family and friends. I highly recommend this hotel.
