"The location is terrific for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and welcoming and ready to help with any questions. We found the breakfast to be just what we needed and appreciated the ginger shot and smoothies. There’s a bit of street noise at night so if you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs or they have some at the front desk. We very much enjoyed our stay here. "

Our room was great, spacious with a large deck and water view (we booked the deluxe room), the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and made our stay enjoyable, the breakfast had lots of options (fresh fruit and cereals, bacon and eggs, waffles, croissants, meats and cheeses, yogurt...), and it was conveniently located (short walking distance to Bus Stop 9, Laugavegur, and Harpa). We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"The Hotel Marina is located in a working harbor but still was quieter than the hotel we said in that was a bit more in the heart of town. Staff was reliably friendly and helpful. And the room was clean and spacious. We loved it!"
