Although there aren’t staff present other than housekeeping, the team were very helpful with providing information and also allowing early check-in. The rooms were very clean and spacious, provided hairdryer, toiletries, mini fridge - this was essential for us. Great location - walking distance from the city centre. Would definitely stay here again. Personal preference - would like the option of additional pillows in the room

The Hotel is wonderful. I prefer a more quiet place to stay when I travel, so I look for a bed further away from downtowns and the hustle and bustle. Since Reykjavik is easy to walk or use the city bus, I had access to everything I needed. I didn't have a car, so I can't comment on parking. The self check-in was simple and straightforward. My room was comfy and clean. The private bathroom was awesome. There are plenty of food spots and groceries nearby, as well as some stores.

Nice quaint hotel in the city. It’s not the closest to the bustle but only a 15 minute walk. They were great allowing us to check-in early which was much appreciated. Parking was the major hindrance and spent navigating a parking spot. The room was clean, the breakfast is light and a bit nimble for the cost. The price overall was good and if you have questions, they are responsive very quickly.

The hotel was very clean and just as pictured. The bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was amazing! I liked the keyless entry and check in. Parking is not super convenient, but not too crazy and I don’t have complaints. Just something to note. There are limited free parking spaces right by the hotel, but there were many free spaces about a block away. Would definitely stay again!
