One of the most tastefully decorated hotel chains and love that it's a local chain. We appreciated the Expedia VIP welcome drinks, the spa, and the hotel staff went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here when I come back.

It is in a great location with many places to eat within a 5 minute walk. The coffee shop attached to the hotel is really good too. When you check in you're given the option of daily, every other day and no cleaning of the room which is really nice. The room I had was clean, spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside is Iceland is built for heat conservation so there's no air con nor can you open the windows in a meaningful way.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The staff were nice, the spa is gorgeous and the hotel cat, Mango, is really friendly. The assistant hotel manager went above and beyond to give us a partial refund because we accidentally booked an extra room. Would highly recommend staying here or any of their chains if you're in Reijkavik.

Staff is friendly, readily greets guests, asks about your day, and want to help you out. Easy to book spa, use bar, and restaurant. Bar and restaurant are a bit pricy, but thats typical of hotels anywhere. Spa is small but very nice and clean.
