This property was clean and relatively convenient to downtown. It is right across the street from the municipal airport so there is some noise when planes are getting ready to take off. It's an uphill walk, about 20 minutes, to downtown. The room looked larger in the pictures; once the sofabed was opened up there was no room to walk around. The bathroom is quite small; could use a better shower curtain as water easily dripped on the floor. But the water was hot. Parking was tight on the street. We managed, but there was not an abundance of spots. It was free.

Nice apartment -- pick somewhere else if you want to cook. Newly refurbished apartment in an nice older Art Deco era apartment. The apartment itself was stylish and well appointed. Furnishings were relatively new and everything was in good repair. The cooking facilities were severely lacking for someone who plans to actually cook a meal. 2 burner stove with temperature labels worn off, I had to guess which direction was high or low. Burners are too close together to fit a frying pan and pot of water at the same time. Near zero counter space. If you don't plan to cook actual meals, it's fine. Microwave and hot pot work. Location was meh -- border of a residential area super easy access to main roads, but not much other than a gas station and a hospital in walking range. Depends what you are looking for.
