This is a great location for being in the heart of downtown Reykjavík. It is within walking distance to just about anything you might want to do. The hotel itself is very modern and nice. The staff was outstanding. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff were the most accommodating during our stay. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar while we were there as well. The only thing I would change is parking accommodations for those that rent cars. Over all it was a great place to stay.

The hotel is clean and well-located. The staff could be a little bit more friendlier or welcoming. The 4 people I interacted with at the front desk were very short and serious with their answers. They were not rude but not as welcoming as I have experienced in other Hilton hotels.
