The hotel is next to all the shops, restaurants and the port where all the water excursions take place. The staff is amazing!!!! They're willing to help with anything. This is the place to stay if you want to be in the center of everything.

Great place to stay as you’re right in town, next to everything. We even had a decent view, even being in the back of the hotel. It also had a refrigerator, a kettle to heat water for coffee and a nice lobby. The staff was helpful enough, not overly friendly, but did their jobs and that’s all that matters

Pros: great location, appealing lobby, helpful staff, luggage storage, and a good buffet breakfast (both hot and cold items) Cons: they’re in the midst of refreshing the rooms, and the one we had was dingy and showing signs of wear (scuffed paint, chipped tiles in the bathroom, loose door handle on the room door), and had a stale smell. The other common areas outside of the lobby could also use some refreshing. Part of my assessment is that we stayed at their other location (Center Hotel Laungavegur) which was much better maintained/clean/fresh in comparison.

The hotel is an a great location for the old Town area. Bus stop #1 is only a few blocks away. Plenty of eating options and a small Grocery store next door. The hotel is clean and the rooms are cleaned well. The front desk staff isn’t the most friendliest and could be more helpful
