Very clean and spacious apartment. On-site garage parking was is a huge plus in Reykjavik. Very convenient location to the harbor and downtown coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Black Pearl exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing, the apartment was pure luxury, and the front desk staff were excellent. Walkable location to everything in the city, parking, and beautifully appointed apartments made this a home away from home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful experience here. Great central location, wonderful staff, beautiful apt with room for our family to spread out in, private outdoor spaces too. We loved everything about it. I will highly recommend it to friends and family and we would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. The unit was spotless. It was a very good value for the money. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes and appliances needed if you need to cook during your trip. One of the best places I’ve stayed at in my travels.

We enjoyed our stay! All of the staff were very welcoming which was extremly helpful since this was our first trip and first stop in Iceland. We were feeling a bit disoriented with just having navigated through the streets and parking in a new country and adjusting to the time difference. The underground parking garage was convenient, although very tight. You will need to check-in to receive the remote which operates the garage door entrance/exit. We drove around the block a few times and ended up parking down the street at first since there was another car in the "check-in" spot in front of reception. We used the Parka App to pay for parking our entire stay in Iceland. There is a setting on the app for autopay when your car exits the parking garage/area (camera scans the license plates). The room was clean and beds/pillows/blankets were super comfortable. The full kitchen is well equipped and we delighted to have coffee and tea provided (and welcome chocolates)! The hotel is just around the corner from shops, restuarants, bars and the harbor.

Black Pearl apartments were fabulous. Location was top notch. Rooms were very spacious and very well stocked with all you need in the kitchen. Veronica at the front desk was just lovely and very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is so great. Walking distance to every where within 15 minutes. Bus stop 4 is just in 3-5 minutes walking distance. It’s convenient to take the Flybus pickup/drop off and the local tour vehicle. Restaurants/ Bakery stores are around. Lots of choices. The Deluxe Suite is fantastic, super huge, clean and quiet. Washing machine and dry machine are the plus. Highly recommended it!
