"The Reception staff was friendly, efficient and acted quickly to resolve our complaints. We were moved 2 floors up to a room with no problems. The bed was large and comfortable. The safe was easy to operate and everything worked well. The hairdryer in the bathroom was old but worked. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and different options. No coffee machine for fancy coffee but the coffee provided was excellent. There was no liquid soap or shower gel in the bathroom, only shampoo. Walking distance to Santos Dumont Park and to Vicentina Aranha Park. We used taxis to visit family members and to go to Shopping Centers. We can't evaluate the level of English of staff because we spoke to everyone in Portuguese. We would stay there again."

"Quick and easy check-in - It is a nice-looking facility, although the decor is dated. Very reasonable breakfast buffet included. It has a simple bar but few food options and limited restaurant service. The worst problem is the very limited number of electric outlets in the room, making it very cumbersome for the traveler in the digital age. "
