Ótima estadia

Muito bom! Já fui diversas vezes ao Colonial com minha família e a experiência é sempre boa. Área de lazer excelente, restaurante com ótimo café da manhã e jantar, opções para todos os gostos. A recreação foi bem legal! Sugestão: colocar no Hoteis.com a opção de reserva com pensão completa.

Precisa de reforma

Faz anos que frequento esse hotel , a área externa é excelente mas os quartos precisam urgente de reforma , estávamos em 4 famílias e 2 quartos tiverem banheiros entupidos , um deles o chuveiro não esquentava , as mobílias são velhas. Monitores muito bons , piscina ótima e a festa junina estava excelente também!

Hotel bom

O Hotel é bom, mas antigo, e por isso no nosso quarto o ar condicionado estava bem sujo e a torneira fria da pia não funcionava. Depois de uma noite trocaram nosso quarto que estava em boas condições. É um hotel mais voltada para família com crianças, então não recomendo para uma viagem de casal. E o restaurante possui almoço e janta mas não vale a pena, o valor é bem alto. Então é melhor realizar as demais refeições na cidade. E a cidade não tem nada turístico.

Super índico!

Hotel maravilhoso, equipe competente e cordial desde a recepção, gerente Ney , Lucas, Gabriel e Pedro do bar molhado, Fernanda faz as melhores porções de tilapia e molhos maravilhosos na piscina, lazer completo e a tia Morango faz a diferença na monitoria de adultos e crianças, com certeza vou voltar !!!

Boa estadia

A estadia foi muito boa, o hotel tem uma estrutura ótima, o quarto é bom, confortável e limpo. A equipe de recreação foi fantástica, adoramos. Um ponto negativo foi quanto ao momento do check-in, chegamos com 30 minutos de antecedência do horário permitido e não liberaram nosso acesso, levaram as malas para o quarto e pediram para esperarmos na recepção, contudo o hotel faz diferença para quem reserva direto com eles, para essas pessoas o acesso foi liberado com antecedência (a justificativa foi de que quem reserva direto com eles tem benefícios com relação a quem faz reserva através de sites parceiros). Ao pedir para aguardarmos na área externa do hotel (onde tem um bar próximo a piscina), disseram que só seria possível com o pagamento de uma taxa adicional. Tirando esse ponto, foi uma excelente estadia.

Uma boa surpresa. O único inconveniente diz respeito ao encanamento e o ruído gerado. O vizinho no quarto ao lado resolveu tomar banho às 23 hrs, e por algum problema no encanamento, o ruído no meu quarto foi muito alto. Sugiro ajustar esse problema, e tudo será ótimo.

Estadia foi boa, porem não tinha controle do hotel com uso de mascara no hotel. hotel familiar, bem estruturado para crianças, equipe de recreação bem animada. banheiro dos quartos um pouco velho, com torneira pingando. Ponto SUPER NEGATIVO é a porta que da passagem aos quartos, não tem trava e nem mola. Cada pessoa/criança que passa é um barulho enorme dentro dos quartos. isso atrapalha muito a noite para dormir, pois é uma "porrada" toda hora que passa aqui.

O hotel é bem completo. Atendimento bom. No café da manhã tem bastante cuidado com a higiene. Só acho que devia ter mais variedade de comida. Hidromassagem e piscina interna, a água só podia ser mais quentinha, já que estava muito frio no dia.

Estrutura muito boa, mas a piscina não é quente

O hotel no geral é muito bom, quarto confortável, café da manhã com uma boa variedade, área de lazer excelente, com brinquedoteca, playground, com piscinas e toboáguas, com recreadores para a criançada, os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. Porém só reservei esse hotel porque dizia que tinha uma piscina aquecida (ainda liguei no hotel para confirmar essa informação e a atendente me disse que era "aquecida de verdade"), o que não é verdade, a piscina coberta é apenas climatizada, ou seja, a água é muito fria para utilizar no inverno, não gostei dessa situação. Tem uma jacuzzi na área da piscina, porém a água estava extremamente suja, não tive coragem nem de colocar a mão para sentir a temperatura, no dia seguinte que cheguei estavam trocando a água e ainda não dava para utilizar, a sauna estava fechada por conta da COVID. No quarto apenas sugiro ao hotel dar uma revisada nos registros das torneiras da pia, pois ficava pingando o tempo todo e a água que saia era um pouco turva, mas nada que comprometa a hospedagem.
