Quarto confortável, espaçoso. Apesar de estar ao lado da rodovia, não se escuta nenhum barulho externo. Roupas de cama limpas, limpeza do quarto excelente. Dois pontos que deixaram a desejar foi o ar condicionado ser antigo e não funcionar bem e o café da manhã ser pobre em opções. Atendentes super atenciosos. Também gostamos por servir almoço e jantar.

1° dia: Quarto cheio de mofo, solicitei a troca por outro quarto, o ar-condicionado de gaveta velho e barulhento, não tinha quem dormisse. 2° dia: O sifão do vaso sanitário passava a água direto, tínhamos que tirar a tampa para poderr empurrar a borracha que vedava para a água ficar na caixa e levantar para poder dar descarga, avisei na recepção, mas nada fizeram. 3° dia: a vontade de ir embora já era grande.

Apesar da reserva estar para 4 pessoas, ao entrar no quarto tinha somente uma cama de casal. O segundo quarto tinha vazamento do teto que saia agua em nossa cabeça ao usarmos a pis do banheiro. Tivemos que mudar para o terceiro quarto. Perdemos muito tempo para resolvermos estes problemas do HOTEL. Limpeza do quarto e café da manhã muito abaixo da nossa expectativa. Desgaste com toda familia em período de festas.

Bom dia! São 1:11 da manhã eu tive que trocar de quarto tamanho barulho no corredor, gritos, murro na parede, risadas altas, falando alto, e aos berros e batendo porta, não consegui achar o telefone da portaria, já estava cansada de tentar dormir desda onze e meia, desci e pedi para o atende me trocar de quarto, e mostrei para ele a gravação da gritaria, tenho trabalho em São José, moro em São Paulo, e minha primeira experiência no hotel, foi muito ruim devido a falta de respeito, eu acredito que não seja hóspede porque ouvi barulho de máquina de lavar! Não conheço os funcionários, tirando a portaria que o atendimento foi muito bom, a falta de respeito com os hóspedes foi Grande! Uma da manhã eu mudei de quarto para tentar dormir, estava no 104, devolvi a chave e subi para 207, para tentar dormir para iniciar o meu dia! Que já iniciou! Tenho a gravação do barulho intenso!
