Estadia de Fim de Semana

Fiquei de sábado em Taubaté. Recepção, manobrista e toda equipe são muito solicitos. Não consumi nada no hotel por isso não tenho como avaliar. O quarto estava limpo e arrumado. Volteria certamente.

Tive uma estadia de 17 dias na qual não teria acontecido se não fosse o Ismael (guest relations). No minuto em que mencionei que eu e minha mãe não estávamos contentes com as acomodações ele compreendeu perfeitamente e fez tudo o que estava ao seu alcance pra nos satisfazer. Excelente profissional que desempenha o trabalho com muita dedicação! O hotel oferece um café da manhã e jantar delicioso e variado. Funcionários agradáveis e dedicados. O hotel precisa de uma reforma e enxoval novo para combinar com o excelente trabalho que os funcionários desempenham!

Inconsistência e incoerência

Meu quarto não possuía água quente e aparelho de telefone para me comunicar com a recepção. Abajures e entradas de ar todas empoeiradas, que poderiam ser limpas (como a roupa de cama era) e oferecimento de talheres relativos a equipe que comandava o turno (umas emprestavam, outras se negavam) tornaram a experiência inconsistente. Porém, a falta de clareza na comunicação foi a pior parte, pois recebi em alguns momentos uma companhia que foi me visitar, e não se hospedar, no local. Ela se identificou, e não foi informado que ela deveria avisar ao ir embora, só que a visita poderia implicar em uma taxa. Pois bem, ao fazer o checkout, perguntei se haveria alguma taxa (mesmo discordando do método de cobrança) e disseram que não havia nada no meu quarto, porém horas depois, recebo uma ligação querendo cobrar aproximadamente 52 reais por dia que me hospedei como taxa, em cima de um parâmetro que não foi deixado claro e que mesmo assim há ia doto que pagaria se fosse cobrado. Achei todo esse contexto bem deselegante, e me parece algo de uma das equipes, e não de todas as equipes que fizeram a gestão do hotel enquanto eu estive hospedado. Ainda em tempo, minha tv não era Smart, e meu celular identificou várias sendo no hotel... Com certeza esse conjunto de fatores irá me fazer pensar bem antes de me hospedar na rede Ibis novamente...
