"Rooms were very modern and clean, the shower was good high pressure and rainfall style. Shampoo and conditioner were provided in the room as well as free tea and coffee. Breakfast was a full English break plus a pancake bar, fruit station and plenty of pastries. Only downside is that it’s not close to the tourist attractions and there’s not much nearby to do or eat. "

I had paid for early check in and it was a process. We missed an appt in London because we couldn’t leave luggage. We were traveling with our adult kids and the frosted glass in the bathrooms is not very good for privacy. I would not stay here again. "

"I got a room with a shower. The bathroom was spotless, freshly remodeled I would think. However, the bedroom walls were dirty, stained. I am sure it will look good if painted. The WiFi wasn’t available so couldn’t connect to the internet. Overall, I think it’s okay considering the price as it’s very affordable for London."
