It took no less than 12 calls over several hours to get anyone to pick up the phone. When they finally did answer the manager half heartedly said “sorry we had a big wedding.” WOW. Better customer service at roadside motel. This brand is not what it used to be - avoid at all costs."

"We have stayed at this hotel twice now and each time was excellent. The bistro has just enough options for breakfast and a menu for later in the day that had just what we needed. The room was very comfortable. We had a few issues, but Kristen, front office, took care of them immediately. We highly recommend this hotel for comfort, quiet rooms, great service and good food while staying there."
