"Stayed here for one night in a cocoon and overall it’s exceptional value for money. The location is unbeatable and check-in was quick and easy. I’d read reviews mentioning issues for Expedia bookings, but I didn’t run into any problems at all. My first room (2nd floor) was spotless, spacious, with a nice bathroom and a decent bed — but there was loud nightclub noise coming from below. I spoke to reception and they moved me straight away, which suggests they’re aware it can be an issue. The new room on the 7th floor was quieter, though slightly smaller. A few things to be aware of: rooms are very minimal — no hairdryer, iron, fridge, or even glasses. For the price, that’s fair enough, but worth knowing in advance. That said, the WiFi was fast and reliable and the air conditioning worked really well, which made a big difference. There is very limited privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom which wasn’t an issue as I was on my own, but something to bear in mind if travelling with someone else. There’s also a large basement cafeteria area with a coffee shop, which is handy. Bottom line: great budget option in a prime location — just ask to avoid the 2nd floor if you want a good night’s sleep."

"Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, the receptionist kindly offered my partner and me a complimentary drink at the bar to celebrate our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, the doormen and lobby staff were consistently polite, always offering help and wishing us a great day. On the day of checkout, the gentleman at reception also extended our checkout time, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel—everything was perfect from start to finish."

"To be honest, last minute stay, location excellent as we were in the vicinity for a theatre show and literally it was next to the theatre. Very quirky underground hotel, lots of tunnels underground.extremely clean, however, the toilets were like you would get on a plane or cruise ship where it’s sucked away, when you had a shower there was lots of clunking noises and water did not stay hot for very long. Even though it was close to underground station, the noise did not disturb you. You lose all contact with the outside world as there are no windows, WiFi was not that great. No Television or Kettle. It was ok for one night but would not stay any longer than that. Also, can’t check in before 15.00pm unless you pay £40.00 early room or £15.00 to leave your bags each day. Rooms where secure though, had to use room key to gain access to front of hotel and to get through to corridors where the rooms were. "

"My credit card was charged 300£ this morning after I checked after I checked out. This stay was already pre-paid for through Expedia with no incidental charges incurred. I brought this up to the gentleman that was at the front desk, and said there was nothing he could do at that moment and trust he would have it done before the end of the day. So I had to follow up via email with this specific staff member and the business account and no one has contacted me. The space was clean, but they only provide you with one towel, no wash cloths. Please be aware if you arrive early they will want to charge 10£ per item if you want them to hold your luggage until you are able yo check-in. Please be aware of credit card charges as soon as you check out. "

"check in great i had a bad check in experience. bout 18 months ago when a jobs worth on reception said i needed photo ID??????? I pointed out I was a british subject & resident to no avail. I complained to radisson who said i would get a discount on my next stay. I never saw a discount and don’t care The positives Check in this time was great the check in Guy was very welcoming I think he’s name was mathew. I requested if he had a room at bank if hotel as it was less noisy he kindly obliged. through no fault of his own the room had little to no Wi fi the hotel offered to change rooms but I couldn’t be bothered to pack up my case to much fuss. Perhaps in future rooms with dud wifi should flag up on check in staffs screens to avoid. New dec rooms very nice comfortable although the hanging lighting the middle of the bed was very odd could be a hazard with people hitting there head on it. Otherwise nice looking room. "
