"Big room nice place"

"It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad. No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere. The reception...

"It was quite difficult finding this hotel. Hopefully, clearer directions with pictures showing the way to the hotel ground floor entrance or to the 5th floor hotel lobby can be provided for guests booking this hotel. Other than this, the room was very comfortable and large which I liked very much. It was close to the mall below with lots of options for just about everything you need."
