"It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad. No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere. The reception...

"The receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly, and strove to provide whatever services they could offer. However, there were some major oversights that marred the overall experience. On the final day (2 hours before check-out time was due), the electricity supply of our room was suddenly cut off by the hotel. To our bewilderment, the customer services told us that the room cards had been deactivated. It was 'almost' as if we were being ushered out. Frankly, you would expect a higher...
