The room was very small and apparently no window. To be precise, there was a closed window toward the reception.
Of all my travel experiences, this was the worst I've ever had at this price point. I booked a superior double room, but the front desk assigned us to a room on the 5th floor with no elevator. The hallway had no air conditioning; it was basically an attic. The bathroom smelled, and the room light was broken, When I asked to change rooms, the male front desk staff told me that this was the room I had booked, and their attitude was appalling. I paid almost 600 RMB and didn't deserve this kind of service and attitude. I insisted on changing rooms before the unpleasant situation was finally resolved. I hope this helps others avoid booking here; terrible stuff !
