"Sink was broken, light above mirror not working, no full length mirror, no place to sit down to do my makeup, no body wash only soap, smelled smoky "

"Airport shuttle didn’t start until 6:00am which didn’t help us for a 6:00am flight so had to spend $ on a taxi. A/C didn’t work in our room and mini fridge was leaking water so had to lay towels down so we didn’t slip and fall. We had just came in from Europe and had to wake up early the next morning and we were just too tired to deal with switching rooms. Not a hotel I’d stay at again but the staff was friendly."

"Hotel offers airport shuttle, but I was unable to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The app did not work, I called the hotel 3 times, but was hung up on each time, and the shuttle never showed up to the airport as their site suggests. I ended up catching the city bus and walking to the hotel. "

"The hotel was built in a very high crime area and drugs and lots of homeless people there's really no restaurants to eat at The hotel don't have inside restaurant streets are very dangerous street parking only no garage please read signs very carefully or you will get tickets or be tow I had to walk three blocks back to the hotel at night because there was no parking anywhere The hotel does need microwave in all rooms it would be very helpful, other than that it's a very beautiful hotel inside just a really bad area that they build it in not show when parking garage will be ready probably next year sometime The breakfast was very delicious good choices all and all the stuff was very very friendly very hopefully I had on my stay 2 young man they was amazing . and there's always fresh coffee in the lobby to drink and please to owners you need security at the hotel desperately.no swimming pool ,do have gym and laundry room."

"Valet parking very convenient considering this location. Bistro did not open for dinner hours or the complimentary breakfast which was promised for the morning."
