"My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and had the best time! We stayed for almost 2 weeks and would have stayed longer if we were able to. The entertainment was great, and they incorporated a lot of tradition and meaning into their live shows. The cleaning service was very respectful and considerate when coming into our room. The room was always left clean and in pristine condition. The staff for the room service when ordered were also very respectful when they would bring in the food. The room service food was very good. The staff were very friendly and it really made the stay even better. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The pools were maintained and kept very clean. There were no complaints that we had when it came to the pools. The bars had a wide variety of drinks and were delicious. The bartenders were fun and kept up with the busy crowds. The food portions were larger than expected and were filling. The food was very very good! Overall, it was an amazing experience at each restaurant. I just want to take the time to thank all the staff who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A lot of work goes into maintaining the resort. The maintenance personnel, groundskeepers, bartenders, hosts at each of the restaurants, waitresses and waiters really make the place what it is. We felt welcomed the second we stepped out of the vehicle and had our luggage handled by the staff. My wife and I highly recommend this resort!"

"This is a stunning resort! Each time I return, it gets even better. I always feel like family here and so safe. I highly recommend booking excursions with Ben, who is located on the private beach; he is trustworthy and reliable. I can't wait to return! Es un resort impresionante! "My wife and I spent five glorious days at this all inclusive, adults only resort. The treatment we received was unlike anything we experienced before. Simply put, the staff at this resort is amazing. Add to it the pristine beach, the excellent food and the Casitas with private pool, we place this resort at the top of our list, and look forward to a return visit."

"Honestly was just here to attend a wedding. All food was disgusting not edible…. Pools were dirty and hot and half the staff were rude especially hosts at restaurants. This place is a joke. The resort is big and nice but everyday half the restaurants were closed and the ones that were opened were to busy and you have to wait everyday. If you are not preferred you can’t go to certain restaurants and bars . Also Expedia said there’s a resort credit of like $250 ….. that’s not true it’s a scam they break them down $5 a piece and you can only use it for the spa so you have to spend hundreds to get 5 or 10 off. The place was an actual joke. Had to order dominoes twice and leave the resort 3 times to eat dinner because it’s so nasty and unorganized. My family hated our trip. Spent over 8k on 5 nights is crazy."

"The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list."
