"The only way to go here is the preferred club. The amenities they provide are worth it... like you get to eat in the AC in a private area when you enjoy the buffet, you can make reservations at the restaurants (otherwise you wait really long times), you have a personal concierge you can message questions to, etc. That was totally worth the upgrade. The pool area is nice and has quiet areas to enjoy... especially at the preferred pool, because main pool area can get loud. The Cosmic Lanes place was worth doing, game area for kids, and our daughter enjoyed doing that nightly before dinner. The evening entertainment after dinner, starting at 9, in the theater was not world class but it was fun and the staff was so great. Reserve at table at Spice for the tappenyaki grill, because that was the best meal we had. Our room was a bit dirty (like smudges on doors, dirt on drawer handles, etc) but housekeeping was nice and the bed and linens were comfortable. The staff at this hotel is REALLY accommodating and helpful and nice. That was the highlight of the trip, the staff at the hotel were really great. All in all it was a wonderful family vacation and a great place to bring children."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana! The resort is absolutely beautiful, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. The waiters, bartenders, and everyone else were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!"

"This is my second time coming to serenade all suites adults only and there is reasons for me returning here. It is a good place to go to for amazing food and drinks as well as the vibes all around. From breakfast to lunch to the dinner options, there is plenty of options for everyone including vegetarians! The drinks were amazing shout out to the staff as well because they’re very involved with the audience and they’re always checking up on you. I have the luxury of speaking Spanish and being Dominican and of course that’s a slight benefit for me but I saw others that aren’t Spanish speaking or Dominican getting treated well and being taken care of just as much as me. The pools were good and the main pool is where the activities happen but the side pools were very chill not too busy so that’s were I was relaxing at most the time. The beach was just fine and had shallow water but it had some seaweed, not too much but enough for me not to really wanna get in because I didn’t have my water shoes but also because I love beach waves. The restaurants were all amazing, front desk staff was amazing, everyone was friendly. Im a very generous tipper being that we’re already in an all inclusive resort, but I know that my country is not very advanced still yet so I like to look out for my people and tip them for every accommodation. Shout out to Cruz Maria from guest services, Pedro from the vip check in, Melvyn from the front desk, Santo from my private dinner, and the whole staff!"
