"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Experience Once Again!
This was my second stay at Grand Palladium Family Selection in less than two months, and once again, the experience exceeded all of our expectations. We enjoyed our first visit so much that we decided to come back, this time bringing my parents-in-law so they could experience this wonderful resort as well.
I would like to give a very special thanks to Luisito and Ramon from the transportation team. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference throughout our stay. Traveling around the resort with young children can be challenging, but thanks to them, getting around was always easy and stress-free.
I would also like to thank the entire team at Niu Restaurant, especially Ingrid, for the outstanding service, warm hospitality, and delicious dining experience.
A big thank you as well to the staff at the lobby bar, beach bar, and pool bar. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome.
Finally, I want to recognize Angel and Ronnie at Nest Restaurant. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made every meal a memorable experience. Team members like them are the reason guests keep coming back.
Thank you to everyone at Grand Palladium Family Selection for making our family vacation unforgettable once again. We highly recommend this resort and are already looking forward to our next visi"
Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"The resort itself was absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the accommodations didn't reflect what I would expect from a 5-star resort. The room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including rusty faucets and stains on the bedding, which was disappointing.
During our stay, the electricity went out for a few hours. While it wasn't ideal, it wasn't the biggest issue and we were able to move past it.
What left the biggest negative impression was my experience with one of the waiters. I've visited the Dominican Republic several times, and one of the things I've always appreciated is the warmth and hospitality of the people. I've never had a negative interaction with a staff member until this trip. The waiter's attitude and service left a bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately overshadowed many of the positive aspects of the vacation.
Overall, the resort has a lot of potential because the property is beautiful, but improvements are needed in room maintenance, cleanliness, and consistency in customer service to truly meet 5-star expectations."
Serenade All Suites - Adults Only Resort - All inclusive
8/10 Good
Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"During the trip we had some delayed communication with the front desk staff/customer service team but all things were eventually resolved. The resort itself lived up to all positive expectations of an all-inclusive experience in Punta Cana. The resort was further out then expected but the live entertainment and parties onsite were top notch."
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana an All-Inclusive Resort
8/10 Good
"Rooms were vey clean and spacious. So so may pools. Staff was polite and helpful even though many did not speak English. My stay was great! One thing I will note is that the food was not as good as I thought it would be for Hard Rock. Food was bland and the market place should have had more selections to choose from. Also forgot to add they should invest in more frequent trolley service."
Hostels are a great way to stay for a good value, so you can save your money for exploring. You can check out this destination's cultural highlights, such as its entertainment venues, and the beaches create an appealing natural setting.
