Puerto Vallarta hotel rooms a the EAP - Villa Group

"The resort is older but well cared. It is close to the airport. Do not waste your money on the “upgrade to premium”. The items promised were never put into the room, premium alcohol was provided if asked and it did not seem to matter who was asking."

"Clean room and well maintained. Staff takes care of property well. Swimming pool is well maintained. Food is good, however lacks variety for vegetarians/ vegans. Not a right place to stay if you have kids as dinner reservations with kids are not allowed"

"I had never been to an all inclusive where you were not allowed to drink by the pool! We had to purchase cups in order to have our drinks by the pool. The young bartender at the pool is very very rude. I did make a complain. The resort itself was nice, near the Malecon, and the staff outside the main entrance were very friendly. Also, checkout was very unorganized! They took us to a back room, were training someone new, so it took extra long to be able to checkout, plus that staff was not friendly either. The restaurant inside the resort were very nice, as well as the staff. We were able to eat at the Mexican and Italian restaurant. Delicious food! "

"Had a very pleasant time. Good was good not great but good. Staff was very hospitable attentive and friendly. Felipe and Diego at the seafood restaurant went out of their way so did Johnny and and the waiters at the pool area. Only complaint was when one the the girls at the towel station gave away my chairs that I had reserved at the pool area. According to her I had left my chairs unattended for more than an hour when all we did was go have breakfast and came back to our chairs at the pool which only took about 30-40 minutes. Other than that my stay there was very relaxing and peaceful. I tidally recommend fiesta Americana and would definitely stay there again. "
