"We had a wonderful 5-night family vacation at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa! As an Expedia Platinum member, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite with Partial Ocean View. We also received a welcome bottle of wine and resort coupons, which made our stay even more special. The food was very good overall, with a nice variety of dining options. What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The resort was beautiful, and our family especially enjoyed the pools, water slides, and family-friendly atmosphere. It was a wonderful place to relax and create special memories with our young child. A big thank you to the entire Dreams Natura team for making our vacation so enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would love to visit again!"

"Resort was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, amenities were great. Loved the pools. Easy to find spaces to sit on loungers. My only note was that as someone with allergies and dietary restrictions, finding food without dairy was often tricky and the signs weren't always labelled correct. I definitely picked up items with meat or dairy by accident or items I could eat were spread out!"

"Beautiful resort and just the perfect size. A very quick walk across the street to the beach which was actually quite nice. the rooftop pool lounge area was our favourite feature. the staff were all fabulous! absolutely loved our time here!"
