"This hotel is expensive for what it offers... It's a noisy location and while the room and bed were OK, everything else is poorly maintained or plain dirty, we skipped breakfast just by looking at the food- the location, next to the main road, doesn't help with noise ... Not recommended "

As other reviews mention the property is tired in some aspects and location isn't perfect however the rooms were good and staff were friendly.
Breakfast was excellent and the pool was a perfect temperature.
Overall be prepared to factor in travel to Hua Hin or Cam Am but from a value for money perspective there are no complaints "
