Andaz hotel stay was beyond expectation. The food was amazing and the service was great! Everything was perfect except the walking road was full of barriers for the stroller but all the employees were keep helping us for visiting places by lifting up the stroller which i am super thankful.

Andaz Pattaya is a beautiful green oasis not so far away from Pattaya. We saw lots of birds and squirrels. Also since the hotel is brand new, it is also very clean and comfortable to stay. The breakfast was one of best we had in a while.

Nice location near Pattaya

Andaz in Pattaya is very good although remote location for those who prefer to enjoy well maintained tropical garden, plenty of pools, delicious see food at restaurant with breathtaking view on the sunset in the see. Personnel is very helpful and taking care of request, I asked to get me flowers at very short notice and hotel staff helped me with this. I would highly recommend to stay in the room with private lagoon access - this was my favorite.

Probably the best 5 star resort in Pattaya. The place has the best rooms with full luxury and opulence. The grounds are well maintained, there are 3 pools and 3 restaurants. The beach is a 2 minute walk and is very quite so all yours. Gym facilities, sauna/steam and laundry service also great. I've given 4 stars and (not 5) as I feel the food can be better. The seafood was chewy, I ordered Gnochi but got a dish that had none and just the sauce bits. The pizza I feel can be improved. The veg options can also be improved e.g. the pizza to have peppers, tomatoes, garlic, prawns and rid the aubergine. The breakfast cakes need re-doing. Overall I had a blast staying at this resort and I highly rate the staff who are super friendly to all the guests and very helpful.

Guests paid the price to enjoy all facilities (especially beachfront) so the hotel should not hold any special event and block the access of other guests in such area. I was asked to leave the beachfront swimming pool as I was told that the "group" guests was coming. It was sad to hear this kind of discrimination which was more on service attitude. This should never happen to any 5-star hotel. Note that the hotel was keen to compensate me via late-checkout for me. However, this impression was not great while this was only to stongly recommend that this should never happen again to any guests.

We loved Andaz Pattaya. Initially when I was planning to book for 5 nights, i was sceptical after reading reviews. Then realised it was just opened earlier this year and it obviously would take some time to establish at its full potential. We had a wonderful experience. The place is serene. Quiet. The garden space is big. Loved the lobby and the caffe/bar. The restaurants were very nice too and food reasonably charged. The rooms were very clean. The staff were the best. Everyone was so kind and helpful. For those who plan to work, there is a resource room where you can take your calls in peace. The only downside would be its proximity to the main Pattaya city which on the jammed roads of Pattaya can take u easily 30mins in car. We just wanted to chill and experience the luxuries of the hotel so this didnt bother us too much. Overall highly recommended if you want a relaxed and comfortable stay away from the buzz of the main city of Pattaya.
