On Check-In 1) Booked at Hotel.com S$90.63 (RM288) Upon check-in, Sri Puchong asked me to pay RM320 (S$100.70) as I was considered as walk-in guest eventhough I have booked through Hotel.com because I chose to pay at Sri Puchong instead at Hotel.com. There was a big price gap as there was no price guaranteed at all by Hotel.com. Very disappointed. "Great location in close proximity to the Petronas Towers and other attractions. Excellent hotel, incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, immaculate reception area and hotel overall. We notified them of an early arrival and they allowed us to use the spa area to change whilst our room was made ready. Nice pool area, fabulous breakfast and large comfortable bar area with live music. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in"
