We had to come to Provo on business, and outside of sleeping’ never needed to be in the hotel longer than 2 hours. We weren’t looking major frills, just a place to stay for night between exhibitions. It was clean, and everything functioned perfectly It was perfect for what we needed.
The beds were comfortable, however the property is badly run down and needs some TLC. For example the latch in our room on the door was missing. The cost was cheap so you can't complain too much.
To be honest it was a great place but it could use an exterminator for roaches I had killed one and found more in the shower hiding but other then that it was a good stay

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
They got rid of the former manager who could be very difficult to deal with and who was not very friendly so that's a plus. The property Definitely needs renovations but the staff are very friendly and professional, especially the cleaning staff.
Fast internet, but very insecure. Relatively big rooms. Annoying staff kept knocking on our door every morning even though we paid for a room for over a week. Lock was clearly busted on door. Horrible bed and pillows. Terrible coffee machine. Toilet sinking into the floor and bathroom smelled bad. Hair left in the shower. Weird lighting. CONSTANT loud working on the property. Workers very needlessly boxed my car in and made me late to work. But affordable!
I stay here quite often as the rates are fairly good. The outlet plugs need to be replaced and the electrical needs to be fixed. The rooms need to be updated. I think they fired the manager with the attitude and low respect for customers. The cleaning staff have always been great to me. I also stay at the royal inn in midvale and the rooms there have always been very nice and well maintained and in fact they recently upgraded their upstairs rooms. This place needs a serious renovation.
Parking was good. Dog barking am night. Neighbors arrived home late, thin walls allowed the arguing to be heard.

Liked: Cleanliness
The staff were super friendly & went the extra mile in making us feel welcomed.
There was a Denny’s right across the street that we walked to for dinner.
The exit in the morning was smooth & easy-very good location for us.
The room was clean, the staff was friendly, but we had limited interactions as we were out the door early. The neighborhood or hotel (not sure which) was pretty loud till 10 pm on a Friday, but the fan was steady and loud enough to drown it out so we slept ok. Beds were decent, room was clean, shower had good water pressure, price was excellent. Would stay again.
