We stayed for three nights this weekend and had a wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted right away. The receptionist was amazing—she even upgraded us to a bigger room since I had my kids with me and we were celebrating one of their birthdays. The entire stay truly felt like a home away from home. All of the staff were so sweet, the hotel was very clean, and the valet team was quick and friendly. We also loved having the shuttle to go downtown—such a convenient bonus. Overall, an excellent stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay. The room did not have a refrigerator, and no water was provided. The rooms are quite old, and unfortunately the shower was not working properly. Considering the price, we expected a better level of comfort. The only positive aspect is the location, which is close to the ski area.

The room was not as advertised in the images. Images showed a multi section room. Spa services were not open and this was not communicated or advertised. Staff was friendly and helpful.
